This charity is a grant giving charity and the Trustees can apply the income to make payments for the relief of need, for general charitable purposes, making grants to other charities and making payments for the upkeep and repair of the church buildings all within the Parish of Great Torrington. In applying income the Trustees cannot commit to repeated or renewed grant payments nor shall grant payments be made towards rates, taxes or supporting other public funds.
