TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Trustees of the above Charity wish it to be known that they are willing to consider financial help by way of a Grant to an individual living within the Great Torrington Parish boundary.
The Trustees must draw your attention to the fact that grants are allocated according to the funds available to the Trust at the time of consideration and are not guaranteed to be awarded in part or in total each year.
The Trustees will only accept completed Grant Applications made on this original form. However, if you wish to continue on a separate sheet to give more details, then please feel free to do so.
The Trustees may request to see latest Bank/Building Society statements or other accounts information.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will be informed as to whether your Grant Application has been successful or not.
If your Grant Application is successful, then the Charity will request Bank details in order that grant monies can be paid via electronic payment.
When grant monies are received, the Trustees require an acknowledgement via email/letter in order to conform with the requirements of the Trustees Auditors.
